Located along the shores of Lake Ontario, between the cities of Rochester, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls, Orleans County still possesses the small town charm and historic character that so many other places have lost. You will find our small town lifestyle also has many advantages. We enjoy less traffic congestion, crime, and pollution than bigger cities or their urban suburbs, yet we have easy access to their amenities.
The Chamber is comprised of businesses that realize they can do more to improve their own business and community by working together. Members benefit from referrals, opportunities for publicity and exposure, use of the Chamber's bulk mail permit, access to lower-cost health insurance, advertising opportunities, and much more! They are also able to help advance the voice of the business community in public policy issues. Chamber members support our efforts to increase tourism in the area and to provide low-cost business training and education. Join our TEAM and see how the Chamber can help your business grow!

The Application Form may be downloaded here, and Policy Guidelines and Operating Plan here. For questions or more information, please call Kelly Kiebala at 585-589-7727 or email kkiebala@orleanschamber.com. You often hear it said that location is everything. If that is so, Orleans County is the place to be! The gentle rolling wooded plains on the shores of Lake Ontario provide the perfect backdrop for the villages of Albion, Holley, Lyndonville, and Medina. Casting for a colossal Chinook salmon, boating on Lake Ontario, paddling the quiet waters of the Erie Canal, savoring fresh fruits and vegetables at a roadside farm market, and touring the largest railroad museum in New York State are just a few of the ways to kick back in Orleans County.
The Chamber promotes all of its members in the tourism business. Contact us to learn more about things to do, places to stay, events to attend, and places to eat. Whether you come for the day, an overnight stay, or an extended visit, you'll love the country charm and historic character of Orleans County!
